In particular, the Customer, by sending an order through this site, even in the event that it is not processed, expressly authorizes and without any reservation, pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, Heemia . com . to process his/her personal data, for administrative and commercial purposes, and accepts the conditions listed on the specific page called "Privacy", published on this same site.

Therefore, anyone who accesses and/or uses services on the Site expressly agrees with Heemia . com that these Conditions are governed by Italian law. The territorial jurisdiction will be that provided for by the Consumer Code, i.e. the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in Italian territory. The consumer established in Europe can use the platform made available by the European Commission for the resolution of any dispute arising from the online contract stipulated on the site. The user is required to comply with the terms reported in these Conditions, and is also required to periodically check this page to verify any changes to the Conditions, which will become immediately binding for the user, as soon as they are published on the Site.

Instructions on the Right of Withdrawal, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, art.49, paragraph 4.
The receipt by Heemia .com of the order, transmitted by the Customer via electronic transmission, constitutes a contractual proposal by the Customer.
Acceptance of the contractual proposal will occur with the transmission by Heemia . com of the email confirming the shipment of the order.
If acceptance is not received from Heemia .com within 15 working days , the contractual proposal shall be deemed rejected.

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to inform Heemia . com of his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

In order to simplify the communication of withdrawal and speed up the refund times, Heemia . com invites the Customer to exercise the right of withdrawal through the "My orders" section, present when logging into his account. In this case, it will not be necessary to send a letter by post or a fax.

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Customer to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
